These terms cover your use of OpenPATH Board (“the board”), operated by Richard Comeau (OpenPATH). By using the board you agree to them. Contact: richardcomeau1975@gmail.com.

What the board is

A study tool that keeps lesson material and your work beside a ChatGPT conversation. It supports learning; it is not a substitute for your teacher, your course's own materials or your school's rules.

Your work

What you write on the board stays yours. You allow the board to store it and show it back to you and to the ChatGPT tutor in your conversations, only so it can work. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time (see the privacy policy).

Using it fairly

Use the board for learning. Don't use it to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload material you have no right to share, or to interfere with the service. Follow your school's academic integrity rules.

ChatGPT

The board runs inside ChatGPT. Your use of ChatGPT, including the tutor's answers, is governed by OpenAI's terms and policies.

No guarantee

The board is provided as is. It may change, have errors or be unavailable, and work kept on it could be lost; keep your own copy of anything important. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from using the board.

These terms may be updated; the new version is posted here with a new date.
